1. Introduction

Welcome to BaBa Stories! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of BaBa Stories, including all related features, applications, services, and technologies, provided by us. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

BaBa Stories is intended for users of all ages, with a focus on providing a safe environment for children to listen to bedtime stories. We have implemented parental gates for actions that require adult supervision. You agree to use BaBa Stories in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on BaBa Stories, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, is the property of BaBa Stories or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

BaBa Stories and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the app.

5. Subscriptions Managment

We offer our subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis. In the case of monthly payments, funds will be automatically debited every month to maintain your access to our fairy tales. For annual payments, there is an automatic charge every year.

You may purchase an auto-renewing subscription through an In-App Purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions consist of 1 month ($8.99) and 1 year ($49.99) durations.

Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

Canceling a Subscription in the App Store

  1. Select your account in the device Settings.
  2. Tap iTunes and App Store.
  3. Tap your Apple ID.
  4. Tap "View Apple ID".
  5. Scroll down and tap "Subscriptions".
  6. Unsubscribe.

Canceling a Subscription in Google Play

  1. Open the Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Verify that you are signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap "Menu" -> "Subscriptions".
  4. Find the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap "Unsubscribe".
  6. Follow the instructions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of BaBa Stories after such changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
